Frequently Asked Questions
How difficult are these workouts?
Honestly, this depends on you, and your current fitness level!
Each workout offers options to help you scale the workout to your level, because when it comes to exercise, although there needs to be some level of challenge to see changes, sometimes less is truly is more!
I've had some injuries and will need modifications. Can I still do this program?
Mostly likely yes. It depends on the extent of the modifications you need. The STRAIGHT UP PLUS program may be the best fit as we will see each other every week!
How is this different than just doing a strength video on Youtube or the Peloton App?
If your goal is to see improvements in your body, I encourage you to follow a systematic approach. Doing random workouts are OK for a while, but it's not the best way to see progress. While there is benefit to getting your hear rate up and getting a good sweat, its not the best strategy for building lean muscle.
What if I am not able to do all 8 weeks?
Consistency really is key to seeing results in any fitness program.
Workouts are 40 minutes or less so best to try to schedule time schedule time in your busy week.
That said: if the issue is a vacation or business travel...
Keep in mind you will always have access to the workouts once the program is completed, so if you are going SOLO...just pick back up when you can!
